At a very young age, I was given the gift of being intuitive to the healing needs of others. I started working in physical therapy offices at 15, and by 1988, I became a Licensed Body Worker. I built a thriving business in Los Angeles—one of the first to bring on-site chair massage to major corporations like Mattel, The Getty, and Motion Picture Studios.

From the outside, my life looked perfect. I had success, clients, and recognition. But inside, I was running on empty.

In 2008, I co-founded Kinetix Health and Performance Center here in the Coachella Valley, where I mentored youth and helped 90 students receive D1 college scholarships. Then in 2019, a significant medical event changed everything. It forced me to stop, reassess, and focus on my own healing journey.

That's when I discovered breathwork and energy medicine in a way I'd never experienced before. It didn't just heal me—it transformed me. And that transformation led me to create Elements in the Desert in 2020.

Now, I dedicate my life to helping others experience that same breakthrough.

Through over 35 years in energy medicine and wellness, I've learned one critical truth: approximately 90% of our ailments are emotionally driven.
